Meet Cassandra Schaeg of SIP Wine & Beer in Escondido
Today we’d like to introduce you to Cassandra Schaeg.
Cassandra, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
After laying roots in the “hidden city” known as Escondido, California. I immersed myself in the community and was amazed to see the evolving agricultural presence. Growing up in Temecula and watching it turn into a wine destination, I envisioned the same and founded SIP Wine & Beer (SIP).
SIP is a destination to empower, inspire, and exchange knowledge. My goal is to make wine and beer simple and fun while supporting women and minorities in the industry. Through community, culture, and conversation, we encourage wine and beer lovers to share their experiences, partake in thought-provoking discussions, and learn the facets of wine and beer.
Whether you are new to wine and beer or curious about Escondido’s charm, SIP is the place to explore and indulge. Since opening in 2015, we have connected with thousands of wine and beer lovers invested in the community. We are grateful to create a movement that gives people the platform to SIP | CONNECT | SHARE and thank you for supporting the growth of Escondido.
